Description
The DTC143ZMT2L is a single, pre-biased BJT electronic component that belongs to the switching circuit series of products. It comes with built-in biasing resistors, which enable the configuration of an inverter circuit without having to connect external input resistors. The bias resistors are thin-film resistors that are completely isolated. This isolation allows for negative biasing of the input and complete elimination of parasitic effects.
