Description
The DTC143ZUB is a pre-biased NPN transistor that is ideal for use in switching, inverter, interface, and driver circuits. Built-in bias resistors eliminate the need for external input resistors, simplify circuit design and allow negative biasing of the input while also eliminating parasitic effects. Complementary PNP types and complex transistors are also available in this series. This model is Lead Free and RoHS Compliant.
