Description
The NCP1230D65 is an AC-DC converter and an offline switcher that ensures efficient and durable power supply in medium-to-high power electronic products like notebook adapters, offline battery chargers, and consumer electronics equipment. Its compact SOIC-8, SOIC-7, or PDIP-7 package houses all needed control functionalities, rendering it capable of achieving low standby power and ensuring standby power effectiveness. This electronic component permits skip-cycle capability at low peak currents and includes internal leading-edge blanking, primary overcurrent and overvoltage protection, and short-circuit protection independent of auxiliary level. NCP1230D65 features frequency jittering for improved electromagnetic interference (EMI) signature and is available in three frequency options: 65 kHz, 100 kHz, and 133 kHz. It also has direct optocoupler connection and comes with SPICE models for TRANsient and AC analysis. Pb-Free packages are also available.
