Description

The ACPL-333J is an advanced 2.5 A output current, easy-to-use, intelligent gate driver designed for IGBT VCE fault protection. It offers integrated VCE detection, under voltage lockout (UVLO), "soft" IGBT turn-off, isolated open collector fault feedback, active Miller clamping, and auto fault reset. With these features, it provides maximum design flexibility and circuit protection. The ACPL-333J is equipped with an AlGaAs LED and is ideally suited for driving power IGBTs and MOSFETs used in motor control inverter applications. It has an insulation voltage of VIORM = 1230 VPEAK.
