Description
The ACPL331J is a DC-input dual channel full-pitch phototransistor optocoupler, specifically designed for isolators - gate drivers. It consists of two light emitting diodes optically coupled to two separate transistors. The optocoupler is packaged in an 8-pin DIP package. Additionally, the ACPL331J is also available in a quad channel version, the ACPL331J, which contains four light emitting diodes optically coupled to four separate transistors and is packaged in a 16-pin DIP package.
