Description
The TLP350(F)(TP1.F) is a model of isolators - gate drivers category of electronic components. This component is suitable for the gate driving circuit of IGBT or power MOS FET. It has a peak output current of IO = ±2.0 A (max) and guaranteed performance over temperature range of −40 to 100°C. Also, it has a power supply voltage of VCC= 15 to 30 V and isolation voltage of 3750 Vrms.
