The FOD3184TSV is a high-speed MOSFET gate drive optocoupler designed for driving power MOSFETs in various applications, including Plasma Display Panels (PDPs), motor control inverters, and high-performance DC/DC converters. It features a 2A output current and is packaged in an 8-pin dual in-line housing compatible with lead-free solder processes.
