Description
The HFA3102BZ is an NPN transistor array that operates as a dual differential amplifier with tail transistors. This transistor array is based on the Intersil bonded wafer UHF-1 SOI process and offers high gain-bandwidth product (fT) of up to 10GHz, while maintaining excellent hFE and VBE matching characteristics over temperature. The collector leakage currents are kept under 0.01nA, making it a low-leakage component.
