The 93LC56A-I/P is a low voltage, serial electrically erasable PROM (EEPROM) manufactured by Microchip Technology Inc. It is a 2K bit memory device that uses advanced CMOS technology to offer low power consumption and reliability. The device is available in several standard packages such as 8-lead PDIP and SOIC, as well as advanced packaging including 8-lead MSOP, 6-lead SOT-23, and 8-lead TSSOP.
