The PC28F128J3D-75 is an Embedded Flash Memory device from Numonyx. The device comes with a 256 Mbit (256 blocks) architecture, Symmetrical 128-Kbyte blocks and has various block densities including 128 Mbit (128 blocks), 64 Mbit (64 blocks), and 32 Mbit (32 blocks). The device has an initial access speed of 75 ns for 32,64,128 Mbit densities and 95 ns for 256 Mbit only. It also features a 32-Byte Write buffer and 4 µs per Byte Effective programming time.
