Description

The FOD3182TSV is a high-speed optocoupler with 3A output current designed for power MOSFET driving. The device uses AlGaAs light emitting diode optically coupled to a CMOS detector with PMOS and NMOS output power transistors integrated circuit power stage. It is commonly used for high-frequency driving of power MOSFETs in applications such as plasma display panels, motor control inverter, and high-performance DC/DC converters.
