The TLE4946-1L is a differential two-wire Hall Effect sensor IC designed to provide information about rotational speed, direction of rotation, assembly position, and limit airgap to modern vehicle dynamics control systems and ABS. It operates without external components and combines fast power-up time with a low cut-off frequency. The TLE4946-1L is specified for harsh automotive requirements, offering excellent accuracy, sensitivity, high ESD robustness, high EMC resilience, and a wide temperature range. It utilizes state-of-the-art BiCMOS technology for monolithic integration of the active sensor areas and signal conditioning. Additionally, it features optimized piezo compensation and integrated dynamic offset compensation for easy manufacturing and elimination of magnet offsets. The TLE4946-1L has improved EMI performance with its overmolded 1.8nF capacitor (TLE4942C).
