Description
ATS137-PG-A-B is a switched Hall-Effect IC designed for contactless switching applications. It includes an on-chip Hall voltage generator for magnetic sensing, an amplifier that amplifies the Hall voltage, a Schmitt trigger for switching hysteresis, and an open-collector output. It has a wide operating voltage range and is rated for temperatures ranging from -20°C to 85°C.
