Description
The AH182-PL is a three-terminal Hall effect sensor device designed for battery-operated hand-held equipment such as cellular phones, cordless phones, and PDAs. It offers a micropower operation and operates in a supply voltage range of 2.5V to 5.5V. The sensor features offset canceling technology, superior temperature stability, extremely low switch-point drift, and insensitivity to physical stress. It has an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C and comes in a low profile 3 pin SIP/SOT23 package.
