Description
The IRFP150NPBF is a Field Effect Tube (MOSFET) electronic component model manufactured by International Rectifier. This fifth-generation HEXFET (High Efficiency MOSFET) series device is designed to provide the designer with a highly efficient and reliable device for a wide variety of applications. The device features extremely low on-resistance per silicon area, fast switching speed, and ruggedized device design. The TO-247 package makes it suitable for commercial and industrial applications where higher power levels preclude the use of TO-220 devices.
