Description
The 24LC01B-I/P is an electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM) manufactured by Microchip. It is a 1Kbit EEPROM that comes in different packages and can operate at a low voltage of 1.7V and has both standby and active current of 1 μA and 1mA, respectively. The device has a page write capability for up to 8 bytes of data and is organized as one block of 128 x 8-bit memory with a 2-wire serial interface.
This EEPROM is compatible with the I2C™ interface and has schmitt trigger inputs for noise suppression. Additionally, it also features output slope control to eliminate ground bounce, hardware write-protect, more than 1 million erase/write cycles, and ESD protection >4,000V. It is available in different temperature ranges, including industrial and automotive.
