The SST39LF512, SST39LF010, SST39LF020, SST39LF040, and SST39VF512, SST39VF010, SST39VF020, SST39VF040 are CMOS Multi-Purpose Flash (MPF) memory components manufactured with SST's proprietary SuperFlash technology. These components have an organized capacity of 64K x8, 128K x8, 256K x8, and 512K x8. They operate with a power supply ranging from 2.7V to 3.6V, depending on the model. The devices are designed for high reliability and have endurance of up to 100,000 cycles and data retention of over 100 years. They also have low power consumption and fast access times. The SST39LF512/010/020/040 devices have a read access time of 45 ns, while the SST39VF512/010/020/040 devices have a read access time of 70 ns. The components support sector-erase capability with uniform 4 KByte sectors and feature latched address and data functions. They are compatible with CMOS I/O and conform to JEDEC standard pinouts for x8 memories. Various package options are available, including PLCC, TSOP, TFBGA, and WFBGA.
