Description
The 24AA52-I/MS by Microchip Technology is a 2 Kbit Electrically Erasable PROM suitable for a wide voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V. It has a software write-protect feature for the lower half of the array and an external pin that can be used to write-protect the entire array. This model can be configured to protect none, half, or all of the array, depending on the application's needs.
