Description
The UC3842ANG4 is an improved version of the UCx84x series. It is a control device that is pin-for-pin compatible and provides the necessary features to control current mode or switched-mode power supplies. It has several improved features, including startup current of less than 0.5 mA, oscillator discharge trimmed to 8.3 mA, and the ability to sink at least 10 mA at less than 1.2 V for VCC over 5 V during UVLO.Specifications and Features
