Description
The E-STLC2500CTR is a single chip ROM-based Bluetooth solution designed for mobile terminal applications up to HCI level. It is implemented in 0.13 µm ultra-low power, ultra-low leakage CMOS technology. With patch RAM available, multiple patches/upgrades can be enabled. The E-STLC2500CTR provides multiple interface options, and the radio has been designed for minimal consumption and BOM count.
