Description
The HM628512BLFP-7 is a 4-Mbit static RAM (SRAM) that has been designed and manufactured by Hitachi. It is organized into 512-kword × 8-bit in a single chip and can handle higher density with high performance and lower power consumption through the use of its 0.35 µm Hi-CMOS process technology. This SRAM is suitable for use in a battery backup system and is available in a 525-mil SOP (footprint pitch width) or 400-mil TSOP Type II or 600-mil plastic DIP package that allows for high density mounting as well as easy handling.
