Description

The GSC381-BAL2000 is a low power audio amplifier integrated circuit designed primarily for telephone applications, such as in speakerphones. It provides differential speaker outputs to maximize output swing at low supply voltages (minimum 2.0V). In addition, the GSC381-BAL2000 does not require coupling capacitors to the speaker. With an open-loop gain of 80 dB, the closed-loop gain can be set with two external resistors. The GSC381-BAL2000 also features a Chip Disable pin, allowing for power-down and/or muting of the input signal.
