RP65C02G is a high-performance electronic component belonging to the IC Chips category. It is specifically designed as a 6A, 400V - 600V Hyperfast Dual Diodes. This model, namely RHRP640CC, RHRP650CC, and RHRP660CC, features soft recovery characteristics with a recovery time of less than 30ns. These dual diodes are silicon nitride passivated ion-implanted hepaticas with planar construction. They are widely used as freewheeling/clamping diodes and rectifiers in various power switching applications and switching power supplies. With low stored charge and ultrafast soft recovery, RP65C02G minimizes ringing and electrical noise, thereby reducing power loss in the switching transistors. This model was formerly known as developmental type TA49057.
