Description
The STMPS2141, STMPS2151, STMPS2161, STMPS2171 are power distribution switches designed for applications that may encounter heavy capacitive loads and short circuits. These switches feature a high-side MOSFET switch with a resistance of 90 mΩ and are controlled by a logical enable input.
