The RP170N331D-TR-FE is a member of the TC55 series, a family of CMOS low dropout positive voltage regulators, perfect for battery-operated applications that require the ability to source up to 250mA of current. This regulator boasts an extremely low operating current, making it an ideal choice for battery-operated devices. Its power consumption is 1000 times lower than bipolar regulators, extending battery life and eliminating the need for an additional shutdown mode.
