Description
The CY7C0852V-150BBC is a low-power CMOS dual-port static RAM. It can be used as a standalone 8/9-bit dual-port static RAM or combined with multiple devices to create a wider master/slave dual-port static RAM. The device features true dual-ported memory cells for simultaneous access of the same memory location. It is available in various memory organizations, including 64K x 8, 128K x 8, 64K x 9, and 128K x 9. The CY7C0852V-150BBC operates at high speed with a choice of access times: 12/15/20 ns. It also has low operating power and supports automatic power-down. The chip includes on-chip arbitration logic and semaphores for software handshaking between ports. It has dual chip enables and pin select for master or slave mode. The CY7C0852V-150BBC is available in 100-pin TQFP packages.
