  • Description

    The BTS7700G is a component in the TrilithIC family, which consists of three dies in one package. It includes one double high-side switch and two low-side switches. The BTS7700G can be used in various configurations, including H-bridge. The high-side switch is manufactured using SMART SIPMOS technology, combining low RDS ON vertical DMOS power stages with CMOS control circuitry. The low-side switches are manufactured using S-FET logic level technology for low RDS ON and fast switching performance. Compared to the BTS7710G, the BTS7700G offers a lower price and is suitable for applications that do not require the high current capability.
