Texas Instruments Full, Half-Bridge Drivers CSD96370Q5M are advanced, surface mount drivers for synchronous buck converters. They provide fast and reliable power conversion in a wide range of temperatures from -40°C to 150°C (TJ). The NexFET? 22-LSON (6x5) synchronous buck NexFET power stage operates at 4.5V to 5.5V (VDD), allowing for high power efficiency. With a peak current of 8.8A, these drivers enable high current designs without pushing the package size to its limit. The CSD96370Q5M drivers offer robust components, reliable and efficient performance, and a wide functional range, making them ideal for use in synchronous buck converters.
