Description
The MIC5305-2.0YML_TR is a high-performance, 150mA LDO regulator that offers extremely high PSRR and very low noise while consuming low ground current. It has an ultra-low dropout voltage of 60mV at 150mA and an input voltage range of 2.25 to 5.5V. This regulator is stable with a ceramic output capacitor and has a guaranteed output current of 150mA. It also has a low output noise of 20µVrms and a low quiescent current of 90µA. The MIC5305-2.0YML_TR features high PSRR of up to 85dB at 1kHz and a turn-on time of less than 30µs with CBYP = 0.01µF. It has a high output accuracy with ±1.0% initial accuracy and ±2.0% over temperature. This regulator also has thermal shutdown protection and current limit protection. It is available in a tiny 6-pin 2mm × 2mm MLF® package, ultra-thin 6-pin 2mm × 2mm Thin MLF® package, and thin SOT-23-5 package.
