Description

The ASM4517475T-2518 is a low-cost voice synthesizer with 4-bit microprocessor. It includes features such as 4-bit ALU, ROM, RAM, I/O ports, timers, clock generator, and watchdog timer, etc. This device comes with 22 instructions and has a CMOS technology and halt function that minimizes power dissipation. Its architecture is similar to RISC, with two stages of instruction pipelines allowing all instructions to be executed in a single cycle, except for program branches and data table read instructions, which require two instruction cycles.
