    MX25L1005ZUI-12G is a CMOS 1,048,576 bit serial Flash memory with a serial peripheral interface and software protocol. It is configured as 131,072 x 8 internally and provides sequential read operation on the whole chip. The memory cell used in this model is reliable and can endure up to 100,000 program and erase cycles. It operates on a single power supply of 2.7 to 3.6 volts for read, erase, and program operations. The MX25L1005ZUI-12G consumes low power and enters standby mode when not in operation.
