Description
The SST29EE/LE/VE020 is a 256K x8 CMOS Page-Write EEPROM that utilizes SST’s proprietary CMOS SuperFlash technology. It features a split-gate cell design and a thick oxide tunneling injector, providing improved reliability and manufacturability compared to other approaches. With a single power supply, the SST29EE/LE/VE020 allows for transparent internal Erase/Program operations. It conforms to JEDEC standard pinouts for byte-wide memories.

- Fast Read Access Time: 5.0V-only operation with 120 and 150 ns, 3.0-3.6V operation with 200 and 250 ns, and 2.7-3.6V operation with 200 and 250 ns
