Description

The AD8336ACPZ is a general purpose variable gain amplifier designed for a large range of supply voltages. It is a low noise, single-ended, linear-in-dB amplifier that features an uncommitted preamplifier. Its usable range is from 6 dB to 26 dB, which is established by external resistors. The absolute gain limits of the VGA gain range are −26 dB to +34 dB, while the gain range itself is 0 dB to 60 dB. If the preamplifier gain is adjusted for 12 dB, the combined 3 dB bandwidth of the preamp and VGA is 100 MHz
