The MX29GL640ELT2I-70G is a memory electronic component model manufactured by MXIC. It is an 8-megabit flash memory that is organized as 1024K bytes of 8 bits. MXIC's flash memories provide a cost-effective and reliable read/write non-volatile random access memory. The MX29GL640ELT2I-70G is designed to be reprogrammed and erased in-system or in standard EPROM programmers. It is available in either a 40-pin TSOP or 44-pin SOP package.
