Description
The TS90105CX5 RF is a low dropout voltage linear regulator designed specifically for battery-operated systems in the IC Chips category. It has a small ground current of 50uA(typ), extending battery life. With low power consumption and high accuracy achieved through CMOS and programmable fuse technologies, the TS90105CX5 RF allows the output voltage to be adjusted from 1V to 6V. It consists of a high-precision voltage reference, an error correction circuit, and a current limited output driver. The EN input enables power consumption reduction.
