Description

The ST10F168-Q6 is a 16-bit single-chip CMOS microcontroller from STMicroelectronics. It offers high CPU performance with up to 12.5 million instructions per second and comes with enhanced I/O capabilities and high peripheral functionality. The microcontroller also features on-chip high-speed Flash memory, on-chip high-speed RAM, and clock generation via PLL.
