Description
The XC18V04-VQG44C is an electronic component model in the Memory - Configuration Proms for FPGAs product category. It features General Purpose Timer Units with flexible multifunctional timer structures for various purposes such as timing, event counting, pulse width measurement, pulse generation, and frequency multiplication. The timer units have five 16-bit timers grouped into two timer blocks, GPT1 and GPT2. Each timer operates independently in different modes and can be concatenated with another timer in the same block. Additionally, each block has alternate input/output functions and specific interrupts associated with it.
Block GPT1 contains three timers/counters - the core timer T3 and the auxiliary timers T2 and T4. The maximum resolution for GPT1 is fGPT/4. The auxiliary timers can be configured as reload or capture registers for the core timer. Block GPT2 contains two timers/counters - the core timer T6 and the auxiliary timer T5. The maximum resolution for GPT2 is fGPT/2. The core timer T6 can be concatenated with the timers of the CAPCOM units (T0, T1, T7, and T8). Both blocks support separate interrupt lines.
