Description

The XCF16PFS48C is a configuration PROM for FPGAs belonging to the QL16x24B family of very-high-speed CMOS user-programmable ASIC devices manufactured by QuickLogic. This PROM contains 384 logic cells for a high-performance general-purpose logic.
