Description

Si91841DT-28-T1 is a current mode PWM controller designed for ISDN power supplies. It is packaged in a 14-pin SOIC package and provides all necessary functions to implement a single-switch PWM with minimal external parts. With a 200-V depletion mode MOSFET, it can power directly off the high input bus without an external start-up circuit. The Start and Stop input voltage thresholds can be programmed within the operating input voltage range using a resistor divider, where the Start voltage should be greater than the Stop voltage.
