The SD42351NG is a programmable microcontroller (MCU) peripheral from the PSD4000 series. It brings in-system-programmability (ISP) to flash memory and programmable logic, providing a simple and flexible solution for embedded designs. This device combines several peripheral functions found in MCU-based applications, including 4 Mbit of flash memory, a secondary flash memory for boot or data, over 3,000 gates of flash programmable logic, 64 Kbit of SRAM, reconfigurable I/O ports, and programmable power management.
