  • Description

    The DS1225AB and DS1225AD are non-volatile SRAMs with a capacity of 65,536 bits which are organized as 8192 words by 8 bits. These SRAMs come with a self-contained lithium energy source and control circuitry which constantly monitors for out-of-tolerance condition. These are designed to directly replace 8k x 8 volatile static RAM or EEPROM.
