Description
The OM5160 is a DSP-based three-phase brushless DC motor controller designed to replace analog controllers. It improves system integration, efficiency, flexibility, and reliability while reducing overall system cost. The standard configuration utilizes Hall effect sensor feedback for commutation, providing discrete absolute rotor position. Alternatively, the OM5160 can be configured for sensorless control, with onboard back EMF measurement. Consult the factory for more information.
