Description

The SP207H and SP211H are multi-channel RS-232 line transceivers that are part of the SP200 series from Sipex. These devices have been designed for versatility and high speed. With a data rate of over 460kbps, these transceivers comfortably exceed the V.34 standard. The SP207H and SP211H use an on-board charge pump to provide ±10V voltage levels, and require only 0.1µF charge pump capacitors to save space and reduce costs. The SP207HB, SP211H and SP211HB variants also have a low-power shutdown mode to reduce energy consumption to just 1µA. Furthermore, the SP207HB and SP211HB transceivers have a WakeUp feature that can keep the receivers active during shutdown mode.
