SLA7061NB is a member of the SLA7060M series of translator/drivers designed for two-phase unipolar stepper motor drive. It combines low-power CMOS logic with high-current, high-voltage power FET outputs, providing complete control and drive for stepper motors in a power multi-chip module (PMCM™).
