Description
The TPC6901 is a compact and slim package that consists of NPN and PNP transistors. It is designed for high-speed switching applications and MOS gate drive applications. The NPN transistors have a DC current gain (hFE) ranging from 400 to 1000, while the PNP transistors have an hFE ranging from 200 to 500. These transistors also have a low collector-emitter saturation voltage, with the NPN VCE (sat) being a maximum of 0.17 V and the PNP VCE (sat) being a maximum of -0.23 V. In addition, they offer high-speed switching, with the NPN tf being 85 ns (typical) and the PNP tf being 70 ns (typical).
