Description
The ULN2003ANE4 is a high voltage, high current Darlington transistor array used for driving relays, electric hammers, lighting equipment and LED display systems. It is a package of seven NPN Darlington transistor groups where the emitters are connected together, and the open collector outputs. It has a maximum sink current of 500mA, continuous high output voltage of up to 50V, and can be directly connected under 5V working conditions by TTL and CMOS. Additionally, it has an integrated clamping diode at output and is available in DIP16 / SOP16 packages.
