The RC5051 is a synchronous mode DC-DC controller IC which provides an accurate, programmable output voltage for all Pentium II CPU applications. It offers a wide range of features and integrated functions such as programmable output voltage, high efficiency, adjustable operation, power good and enable functions, overvoltage and overcurrent protection, and more. With its high level of integration, it delivers load currents in excess of 19A from a 5V source with minimal external circuitry. The RC5051 is designed to meet Intel Pentium II specifications and offers a cost-effective solution for power supply applications.
