Description

S4LD171-R is a component from the S2S4 Series Phototriac Coupler. It consists of an infrared emitting diode (IRED) optically coupled to an output Phototriac. This device is designed for full wave control and is an ideal isolated driver for medium to high current Triacs. With a SOP package, it provides 3.75kV isolation from input to output and superior commutative noise immunity.
