Description
Packaged in the innovative 2mm x 2mm MLP (Micro Leaded Package) outline, the ZXT2MATA is a 4th generation low saturation transistor that offers extremely low on state losses. It is ideal for use in DC-DC circuits and various driving and power management functions. The ZXT2MATA provides performance capability equivalent to much larger packages and improved circuit efficiency and power levels. With a lower package height of 0.9mm, it allows for PCB area and device placement savings, as well as reduced component count.
