The AT17C002-10JC is a high-density FPGA Configuration EEPROM that provides an easy-to-use, cost-effective memory solution for programming Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs). It is packaged in the popular 8-lead LAP, 20-lead PLCC, 44-lead PLCC, and 44-lead TQFP. This EEPROM uses a simple serial-access procedure to configure one or more FPGA devices. It supports write protection and has a system-friendly READY pin for reliable system power-up.
